摘要
建立刀具更换的时间成本模型,对设备检查及故障诊断时间的期望值、刀具形状参数和尺度参数变化对刀具更换周期的影响进行了分析,通过刀具管理系统对决策模型和算法的有效性进行了验证。
Influence of shape parameter and scale parameter change on the equipment inspection and fault diagnosis of the expected time and tool life distribution function of the replacement cycle of the tool are analyzed. An example is presented finally to illustrate the proposed tool replacement approach.
