散索鞍鞍体焊接工艺及应力检测应用

摘要 针对散索鞍鞍体焊接工艺及如何消除焊接残余应力以满足产品工艺要求进行了研究。根据该构件结构大、刚性大、质量重、焊缝残余应力分布不均匀的特点,着重对散索鞍鞍体焊接及振动时效的工艺制定,如何测量焊缝残余应力及消除焊缝残余应力进行阐述;通过分析、介绍散索鞍鞍体焊接工艺及振动时效工艺流程,总结消除散索鞍鞍体焊缝残余应力生产技术的应用成果,以达到进一步解决消除重大结构件焊接残余应力及完善振动时效工艺的目标。 In this paper,the welding process of the saddle-saddle and the welding residual stress to meet the requirements of the product are studied.According to the component structure,stiffness big,heavy quality,the characteristics of uneven distribution of weld residual stress of bulk cable saddle saddle body welding and vibration aging process,how to measure the weld residual stress and eliminate the weld residual stress;By analyzing,bulk cable saddle saddle body welding process and vibration aging process,summarize to eliminate loose cable saddle saddle body weld residual stress the application of the production technology,in order to achieve further solution to eliminate the major structure of welding residual stress and improve the vibration aging technology target.
