摘要
水下升降剖面仪用于海洋环境观测、海洋资源开发以及国家安全等各种领域,绞车系统是水下升降剖面仪机械结构的核心部分。探讨了剖面仪绞车系统主要结构部件的分析设计过程,根据计算出的参数,通过SolidWorks建立了绞车系统三维模型,并进行了运动仿真,所设计的绞车系统结构紧凑,运动符合预期要求。
Underwater lifting profiler is used for observation of marine environment,marine resources development,national security and other related fields. The winch system is the core part of the underwater lifting profiler. The structure design process of main mechanical components of the winch system of profiler is discussed. According to the calculated parameters,3D model of the structure of winch system is built using SolidWorks,and motion simulation is performed. The designed winch mechanical system has a compact structure and meets the expected requirements.
