摘要
为研究旋涡二次风对生活垃圾焚烧炉燃烧情况的影响,针对750t/d垃圾焚烧炉,采用CFD技术进行燃烧状态模拟,就上层旋涡二次风投入,下层二次风投入,上、下层二次风同时投入三种工况进行对比研究,模拟结果显示,下层二次风的投入对垃圾干燥作用显著,对炉膛上方烟气搅动作用有限;上层旋涡二次风使烟气呈螺旋上升形态,有效延长烟气停留时间;仅投入上层旋涡二次风,其呈现双旋涡形态,加入下层二次风后,转变为四旋涡形态。旋涡强化了该区域的燃烧。
In order to study impact of vortex secondary air on combustion of refuse incinerator and based on the 750 t/d refuse incinerator, the paper adopts computational flow dynamics(CFD) technology to carry out the combustion simulation. The paper makes the comparative study on the superstratum vortex secondary air input, the underlayer vortex secondary air input, superstratum and underlayer secondary air input and at the same time, three working conditions' input. The simulation results show that the impact of the under-layer secondary air input on the role of garbage drying is obvious. The agitation action of flue gas above the hearth is limited; the superstratum vortex secondary air for the flue gas sees the spiral raising form, prolongs the residence time of the flue gas; only inputs of superstratum vortex secondary air show a double spiral shape. After the under-layer secondary air is input, the form of four vortexes is changed. The vortex strengthens the combustion in the region.
