摘要
电袋复合除尘器是实现超低排放的重要除尘设备,其阻力值是设备的重要性能考核指标。文章分析了电袋复合除尘器的阻力组成,并根据运行情况,对结构阻力、过滤阻力进行了探讨。结构阻力一般在200~250Pa时较为稳定;过滤阻力由洁净滤料阻力、残余粉尘层阻力、粉尘堆积层阻力组成,主要受堆积层阻力影响。理想状态运行下的电袋复合除尘器,阻力约为500Pa,最大约为650Pa。采用面层过滤滤料,合理控制清灰系统,避免锅炉"四管"爆裂、防止除尘器漏水都是控制设备非正常阻力的有效措施。
The resistance value of electrostatic-bag integrated precipitator(EBIP) is an important examining indicator of equipment. This paper mainly analyzes the resistance composition of EBIP, and studies the structural resistance and filtration resistance based on the actual operating conditions. When the structural resistance is generally around 200-250 Pa, it is relatively stable. The filtration resistance consists of clean filtering materials, residual dust layer resistance and resistance of dust accumulation layer due to the effect of the resistance of accumulation layer. The resistance of EBIP is about 500 Pa, and the maximum is about 650 Pa under the ideal operation state. The paper uses the surface filter materials to control the ash cleaning system reasonably, and the paper avoids the "four tubes" burst of the boiler and prevents the water leakage of the precipitator. They are the effective measures to control the abnormal resistance of the equipment.
