关于培养学生工匠精神的调查研究——以山东旅游职业学院为例

Investigation on Cultivation of Students＇ Craftsmanship Spirit--Taking Shandong College of Tourism＆Hospitality as an Example

在全国深入学习贯彻党的十九大精神的今天,基于“工匠精神”培养的前提,笔者提出通过体育课程教学改革来加强学生工匠精神培育的思路,并于2017年10月以山东旅游职业学院部分学生为调研对象,进行了高职旅游院校大学生工匠精神思想现状和发展需求的调查研究.根据调研结果,笔者深入了解了学生们的现实思想情况,详细分析了高职旅游学院培养学生工匠精神的现状.调研中,绝大多数学生经过自我思考及剖析,提出希望开展“工匠精神”为主题的教学实践活动,以此提升自身“匠”的精神品质以满足未来职业发展的需要,并能够认同体育精神与工匠精神的互通有无.由此我们认为,可以通过体育课程教学改革,利用体育课程“知行合一”的特点,探索新的教学手段,以加强学生工匠精神培养模式的针对性、实效性和系统性,更好的促进学生工匠精神的培养.

Today, the whole nation is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirits of the 19th National Congress of CPC, based on the premise of cultivating craftsmanship spirit, the author proposed the ideas of strengthening the cultivation of students’ craftsmanship spirit through physical education curriculum reform. On October,2017 ,taking students of Shandong College of Tourism and Hospitality as the research objects, a research was conducted to study the current ideological status and the development trend of students’ craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational tourism colleges . According to the results of the survey, the author got an in-depth understanding of students＇ actual ideological situation, and analyzed the current situation of the cultivation of students’ craftsmanship spirit in Higher Vocational Tourism Colleges,in detail.During the survey,most of the students,through self refection and analysis,have put forward the wish to carry out some social practice activities on the theme of “craftsmanship spirit”so as to enhance their “craftsmanship spirit” for the needs of their future career,as well as to recognize that sports spirit and craftsman spirit of are interconnected. Hereby,We believe through the reform of PE teaching, making use of the characteristics of physical education curriculum, we can explore new teaching methods to enhance students＇ training mode for craftsmanship spirit precisely ,effectively and systematically.In such a way, students＇ craftsmanship spirit can be better promoted.
