表柔比星联合雷替曲塞行肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期疗效

Short-term efficacy of transarterial chemoembolization of epirubicin combined with raltitrexed for advanced primary hepatic carcinoma

目的探讨表柔比星联合雷替曲塞行肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期疗效。方法选取2013年5月至2015年5月间江苏省泰兴市人民医院收治的90例中晚期原发性肝癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用氟尿嘧啶联合表柔比星行肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞治疗,观察组患者采用表柔比星联合雷替曲塞行肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞治疗,对比两组患者近期疗效、随访2年生存情况、实验室指标变化及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者近期总有效率为84.4%,对照组为62.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者与对照组相比,中位疾病进展时间较长,随访1年和2年生存率较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者甲胎蛋白、转氨酶及胆红素水平下降比例较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论表柔比星联合雷替曲塞行肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的近期疗效显著,能改善实验室指标,延长患者生存时间。

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of transarterial chemoembolization of epirubicin combined with raltitrexed for advanced primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods From May 2013 to May 2015,90 patients treated with advanced primary liver cancer were selected.,Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and a control group with 45 patients in each group The observation group was given epirubicin combined ray for curved line plug hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy epirubicin and the control group was given chemoembolization of epirubicin. Short-term efficacy,2-year survival after the survival situation,laboratory indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy rate was 84. 4% in the observation group and 62. 2%（ P〈0. 05）. Median disease progression and 1-year and 2-year was longer in the observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Drop ratios of AFP,transaminase and bilirubin levels were higher in observation group than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications was not significantly different between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Epirubicin combined raltitrexed for advanced primary hepatic carcinoma shows good short-term efficacy with laboratory indexes improved and the,survival prolonged
