中美关系良性互动将有力推动全球治理体系的调整与完善

The Positive Interaction of Sino-US Relations will Strongly Promote the Adjustment and Improvement of the Global Governance System

随着全球化和科学技术的发展,以中国为代表的新兴经济体和发展中国家整体实力上升,原有的西方主导的全球治理模式已经过时,而向适应新形势的"东西方共同治理"模式的转变步履维艰,全球治理面临"失序"和"碎片化"的危险。在新的形势下,中国根据自己的经验提出了建设"一带一路"、发展全球伙伴关系网络、建立"人类命运共同体"等全球治理理念和方案。与之相对照,美国奥巴马政府以来"逆全球化"现象越来越明显,在全球治理中不断缺位和错位。尽管如此,美国作为全球第一经济大国,在全球治理中的重要作用不言而喻,中美两国应努力加强沟通,增信释疑,建立良性互动的中美新型大国关系,共同推动全球治理体系的调整与完善。

With the development of globalization and science and technology,the overall strength of emerging economies and developing countries represented by China has increased,the old West-dominated global governance model has become obsolete,and the transformation of the"East-West Common Governance"model adapted to the new situation is difficult,and the global governance is facing"out of order"and"fragmentation".Under the new situation,China has put forward the concept and plan of global governance,such as"the Belt and Road Initiative",the development of the global partnership network and the establishment of the"Human Destiny Community"based on its own experience.In contrast,the phenomenon of"reverse globalization"has become more and more obvious since the Obama administration of the United States.It has constantly vacancies and dislocations in global governance.Nevertheless,the important role of the United States as the world's first economic power in global governance is self-evident.China and the United States should make every effort to strengthen communication,increase trust and dispel doubts,establish a benign and interactive China-US relation,and jointly promote the adjustment and improvement of the global governance system.
