摘要
以30个非秋眠和半秋眠紫花苜蓿品种为试验材料,筛选适宜长江中下游地区种植的蔬菜型紫花苜蓿品种。结果显示:根据播种第2年春季3次刈割紫花苜蓿再生苗的累积产量、累积株高和茎叶比,将30个紫花苜蓿品种划分成为4类,前两类的株高和生物量均比较低,不具有作为高产蔬菜栽培利用的价值;对第3和第4类17个紫花苜蓿品种的农艺性状和口感、粗蛋白含量和酸性洗涤纤维含量等性状进行综合评价,筛选出WL656、GTBR PLUS和丰叶721三个再生能力强、产量和营养价值高、口感好的紫花苜蓿品种,适宜作为蔬菜栽培利用。
30 semi-dormancy or none-dormancy alfalfa varieties were collected and evaluated in the aspects of qualities and agronomic characters for vegetable use to find out good varieties for vegetable use in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river.The 30 alfalfa varieties were planted in autumn,and harvested 3 times in the April of next year.According to accumulating biomass,accumulating plant height and stem/leaf ratio of regeneration seedlings of alfalfa in the three harvests,the 30 alfalfa varieties were divided into four groups.The accumulated plant height and biomass of alfalfa in group 1 and 2 were relatively low,and they were not valuable as vegetable use.17 alfalfa varieties in group 3 and group 4 were evaluated comprehensively base on above-ground biomass,plant height,stem diameter,regeneration,stem crisp,as well as crude protein content and acid detergent fiber content.Three alfalfa varieties,including WL656,GTBR PLUS and Fengye721,were selected,which were greatly valuable for vegetable use,and had good characters of strong regeneration ability,high yield and nutritional value,and good taste.
