凉鞋样板设计中槽位样的研究与应用

从绷帮裕量、槽位样宽度放缩量、帮脚位角度设计着手，重点对条带凉鞋设计中槽位样的设计进行研究。以加装防水台、双层钳帮、水台组合款式鞋底及木质和硬质聚氨酯材质底台鞋底条带凉鞋为例，分别对其槽位样设计进行了说明，为解决凉鞋鞋底装配过程中，因条带位置设计和标注的不准确，造成返工返修，更有甚者造成部件更换的问题．提供参考。

The groove sample design of strip sandal was studied from the design of lasting margin, groove width scaling amount and upper bottom angle. The groove samples design of the sandals including waterproof platform, double layer lasting, combination type water platform sole, wooden and rigid polyurethane sole were described respectively. It provides a reference for solving the problem of rework or parts replacement caused by strip position design or mark inaccuracy in sole and upper assembly process.
