小剂量左甲腺素钠片联合瘿瘤消散汤治疗200例结节性甲状腺肿患者临床研究

Clinical randomized controlled study of 200 patients with nodular goiter treated by small dose left thyroid sodium tablets combined with Yinliu Xiaosan decoction

目的探讨小剂量左甲状腺素钠片联合瘿瘤消散汤治疗结节性甲状腺肿患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年5月-2017年2月收治的200例结节性甲状腺肿患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例,其中对照组行甲状腺素纳片治疗,12.5~50μg/次,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上加行瘿瘤消散汤治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.00%(94例)明显优于对照组84.00%(84例),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率11.00%(11例)明显低于对照组44.00%(44例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后甲状腺临床分级Ⅰ度7例(7.00%),Ⅱ度86例(86.00%),Ⅲ度5例(5.00%),对照组Ⅰ度17例(17.00%),Ⅱ度59例(59.00%),Ⅲ度30例(30.00%),观察组治疗后甲状腺临床分级显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结节性甲状腺肿患者行小剂量左甲状腺素钠片联合瘿瘤消散汤治疗,临床效果显著,能够有效地改善患者的临床症状,减少治疗后并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-dose left thyroid sodium tablets combined with gall tumor dissipation soup in the treatment of nodular goiter. Methods 200 cases of nodular goiter treated in our hospital in February -2017 May 2016. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 100 cases each. The control group was treated with thyroxine tablets, 12.5-50 mu g/times, and 1 times/d; The observation group was treated with Xingying Xiaoliusan decoction on the basis of the control group. The effect of treatment and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%（94 cases） was significantly better than the control group 84.00%（84 cases）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.00%（11 cases） was significantly lower than that in the control group（44.00%）（44 cases）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the clinical grade of thyroid was 7 cases（7.00%）, Ⅱ 86 cases（86.00%）, Ⅲ 5 cases（5.00%）, control group Ⅰ 17 cases（17.00%）,（30.00%）. In the observation group, the clinical grade of thyroid was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In nodular goiter patients with small dose of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets joint gall dissipation decoction have a significant clinical effect, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications after treatment.
