不同中医证型中溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血清IL-6和IL-23表达研究

Expression of IL-6 and IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with ulcerative colitis with different TCM syndromes

目的研究不同中医证型溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者外周血清中IL-6和IL-23的表达是否有差异。方法采用ELISA法检测31例不同中医证型UC患者外周血清IL-6和IL-23的表达水平。结果 1)IL-6表达水平对照组与脾胃气虚组比较P<0.05,而对照组、湿热内蕴组、脾虚湿热组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);IL-23表达水平对照组与湿热内蕴组、脾胃气虚组、脾虚湿热组之间比较P<0.01,湿热内蕴组与脾胃气虚、脾虚湿热组比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义;脾胃气虚组与脾虚湿热组之间比较(P>0.05),2者之间差异性无统计学意义。2)3种中医证候中IL-6和IL-23表达水平均高于对照组;同一种细胞因子中,不同中医证候之间白介素表达水平不同;不同细胞因子中,脾胃气虚组表达水平最高,其次是脾虚湿热组和湿热内蕴组。结论 UC 3种不同的中医证候之间IL-23的表达有差异,而IL-6的表达无差异。

Objective To study the difference of IL-23 and IL-6 in peripheral blood of patients with ulcerative colitis（UC） with different syndromes of TCM. Methods ELISA was utilized to detect the expression levels of IL-23 and IL-6 in peripheral blood of 31 patients with different TCM syndromes of UC. Results Results 1） The comparison of expression level of IL-6 in the control group and the spleen qi-deficiency group has statistical significance P〈0.05, while there was no significant difference among the control group, the dampness-heat accumulation group and the spleen deficiency damp heat group P〉0.05, the expression level of IL-23 was significantly different among the control group and the dampness-heat group, the spleen-stomach qi-deficiency group and the spleen deficiency dampness-heat group P 〈0.01. The comparison of dampness-heat group, spleen-stomach qi deficiency group, spleen deficiency and dampness-heat group has statistical significance P〈0.05, There was no significant difference between the spleen-stomach qi-deficiency group and the spleen deficiency dampness-heat group（P〉0.05）. 2） The expression levels of IL-6 and IL-23 in the 3 TCM syndromes were higher than those in the control group; in the same cytokine, the expression level of interleukin is different in different TCM Syndromes; in different cytokines, the expression level of spleen qi-deficiency group was the highest, followed by spleen deficiency dampness-heat group and dampnessheat accumulation group. There were differences in the expression of IL-23 between 3 different TCM Syndromes of UC, but there was no difference in the expression of IL-6.
