还原型谷胱甘肽对肝硬化患者肝功能与肝纤维化指标的影响

The effect of glutathione for the liver function and liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B hepatitis cirrhosis

[目的]探讨还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对乙型肝炎肝硬化(HBV-HC)患者肝功能与肝纤维化指标的影响。[方法]选取2010年12月~2015年12月我院诊治的HBV-HC患者118例,依据治疗方法分为GSH组和常规组,每组59例,常规组给予常规综合治疗,GSH组在此基础上给予GSH治疗,统计分析所有患者治疗前后肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(STB)]、肝纤维化指标[透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型前胶原(PCⅣ)、层黏连蛋白(LN)]情况、HBV转阴及不良反应。[结果]GSH组治疗后血清ALT、AST、STB、HA、PCⅢ、PCⅣ、LN水平明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GSH组和常规组不良反应发生率基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);GSH组治疗后HBV转阴率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]GSH治疗可有效提高HBV-HC患者治疗疗效,有利于改善患者肝功能和肝纤维化进程,且具有良好的安全性。

[Objective]To discuss the effect of glutathione for the liver function and liver fibrosis in pa- tients with hepatitis B hepatitis cirrhosis（HBV-HC）. [Methods] 118 patients with HBV-HC were selected from December 2010 to December 2015 in Jiangshu province Funing country Chinese medicine hospital,ac- cording to the treatment method,all patients were divided into GSH group and normal group, 59 cases in each group, normal group was given conventional treatment,OSH group on the basis was given GSH treat- ment, statistical analyzed all patients with HBV overcast, adverse reactions, and liver function before and after the treatment [-alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, nmda aminotransferase （AST）, total bilirubin （STB） 1, liver fibrosis index[hyaluronic acid（HA）,collagen typeⅢ before Ⅲ （PC）,collagen type Ⅳ before Ⅳ（PC）, layer adhesion protein（LN）. [Results]The serum ALT, AST, STB, HA, PC Ⅲ , PC Ⅳ, LN levels after treatment of GSH group were significantly lower than those of normal group, the difference was statistical- ly significant（P%0.05）. The adverse reaction rates of GSH group and normal group were basically the same,there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. The HBV overcast rate after treatment of GSH group was significantly higher than that of normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]GSH treatment effectively improved the curative effect of patients with HBV-HC,it was helpful to improve the liver function and liver fibrosis process in patients ,and it had good security.
