柱状缝扎加注射术治疗脱垂性内痔30例临床观察

Clinical effect of columnar suture combined with injection in treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids: an analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察柱状缝扎加注射术治疗脱垂性内痔的临床疗效。方法:将60例脱垂性内痔患者随机分为2组各30例。对照组采用柱状缝扎术治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加注射术治疗。观察2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、住院时间及患者对手术的满意度情况,评定2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为100%,对照组为96.7%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及患者对手术的满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柱状缝扎加注射术治疗脱垂性内痔具有术后并发症少、恢复时间短、患者满意度高的优点。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of columnar suture combined with injection in the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids. Methods： A total of 60 patients with prolapsed internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given columnar suture alone,and those in the treatment group were given injection in addition to the treatment in the control group. The two groups were observed in terms of time of operation,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications,length of hospital stay,and degree of satisfaction with surgery,and the clinical outcome was evaluated. Results： There was no significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（ 100% vs 96. 7%,P〈0. 05）,and there were significant differences between the two groups in time of operation,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications,and degree of satisfaction with surgery（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids,columnar suture combined with injection has the advantages of few postoperative complications,short recovery time,and high degree of satisfaction.
