马克思主义学习与中文专业建设相融合的党建创新模式探索与实践——以长江师范学院文学院为例

Probe and Practice on the New Party Building Mode of Combination of Marxism and the Construction of Chinese Major: A Case Study of College of Literature of Yangtze Normal University

长江师范学院中文专业紧密结合专业特点,积极开展党建创新实践,以党员政治生活会、课外读书会、学术讲座、课堂教学、班团会等丰富多样的形式,重点研讨和深入学习了马克思主义关于文学、艺术和文化的思想、精神和方法。这种寓马克思主义学习于专业建设和学科建设第一线的党建创新方式,实现了中文专业党建和专业建设的"双丰收",提高了中文专业党组织在院系教师和学生中的凝聚力、影响力和战斗力,成为长江师范学院党建创新战线上的一道靓丽风景线。

Combining the features of Chinese major,Yangtze Normal University practiced the innovative mode of Party building positively. The literature,ideology,spirit and method of arts and culture of Marxism were discussed in depth through different styles,such as political meeting of Party members,extracurricular reading club,academic workshop,class teaching and class-wide meeting. The new Party mode of combination of Marxism and the construction of Chinese major enriched the ways to personnel training,enhanced the vitality of class teaching and characterized the construction of discipline.Additionally,it also improved the positiveness and effectiveness of learning Marxism of teachers and students,and enhanced their confidence and ability to apply Marxism to analyze the basic theoretical issues of literature. Therefore,the cohesive force,influence power and combat capacity of teachers and student of Chinese major got improvement,which became the positive example for other departments of Yangtze Normal University.
