中职教育扶贫:少数民族极贫困地区精准扶贫的一种探索——以黔东南民族职业技术学院“从江班”为例

Poverty Alleviation of Secondary Vocational Education: An Exploration of Targeted Poverty Alleviation——A Case Study of Congjiang Class of Qian Dongnan Ethnic Vocational and Technological College

2013年11月,习近平总书记在湘西考察时首次提出"精准扶贫"的重要思想,对少数民族贫困地区扶贫攻坚具有重要指导意义。贵州的"两山"少数民族极贫困地区目前正处在扶贫攻坚决战决胜关键时期,做好精准扶贫工作,确保同步小康,当地政府责无旁贷。2016年,黔东南民族职业技术学院与从江县政府密切合作,尝试开展对极贫困少数民族乡镇学生的中等职业教育扶贫,得到社会各界的认可,反响良好,可以说职业教育扶贫是贯彻精准扶贫重要思想的一种有益探索,值得推广。

In November of 2013,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of CPC,first came up with the important ideology of targeted poverty alleviation in his inspection to Xiangxi prefecture,which was seemed as the guidance of poverty alleviation to poor people in minority ethnic areas. In Guizhou province,all minority ethnic people in the extreme poor area-" Two Mountains" have been making strenuous efforts to win their war to fight against the poverty. In such a critical period,the local government should take their responsibility to improve their poverty alleviation work and ensure synchronized well-off for all ethnic groups. In 2016,Qiandongnan Ethnic Vocational and Technological College took initiative to cooperate with the government of Congjiang County and tried to conduct poverty alleviation training for secondary vocational education students from extreme poor minority townships. The result was widely recognized by all walks of life and the feedback was very positive. Therefore,the poverty alleviation by secondary vocational education could be a good exploration in implementing the important ideology of targeted poverty alleviation and was worthwhile to promote.
