某军队医院金黄色葡萄球菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:4

Drug resistance and distribution of Staphylococcus aureus in a military hospital

摘要 目的:分析我院2016年金黄色葡萄球菌(SAU)临床分布及耐药性,为临床治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染提供依据。方法:采用梅里埃VITEK2Compact全自动细菌鉴定仪对本院2016年临床送检的650例标本进行分离培养、菌种鉴定及药敏试验,分析金黄色葡萄球菌分布及耐药性。结果:共分离金黄色葡萄球菌97株,敏感株14株,占14.4%。药敏结果显示,对青霉素G耐药率最高,为88.5%;对红霉素、氯洁霉素的耐药率分别为67.7%、66.7%;对替加西林、喹努普汀(达福普汀)、万古霉素、呋喃妥因、利奈唑烷等抗生素敏感。其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)36株,检出率为37.1%。结论:临床治疗金黄色葡萄球菌感染应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物,延缓细菌耐药性,并加强对MRSA的耐药性监测及预防管理。 Objective:To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus(SAU)isolated from the hospital in 2016,and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:A total of 650 samples were collected and tested by Meilier VITEK2 Compact automatic bacterial identification instrument.The distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus were analyzed.Results:Ninety-seven strains of SAU were isolated and 14 strains(14.4%)were sensitive.The drug resistance of penicillin G was 88.5%,erythromycin and clindamycin were 67.7%,66.7%,and were sensitive to ticlocilline,quinuprine(duffapine),vancomycin,nitrofurantoin,alkaline.Thirty-six strains were methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),the detection rate was 37.1%.Conclusion:Clinical treatment SAU should be based on drug susceptibility test rational using antimicrobial agents,delay the bacterial resistance,and strengthen the resistance of MRSA monitoring and prevention.
