芎蒌汤治疗痰瘀阻肺型慢性支气管炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Xionglou Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Obstructing Lung-type

目的研究芎蒌汤治疗痰瘀阻肺型慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选用自2014年2月-2016年5月门诊诊治患者128例,按治疗方法分组,对照组常规西医治疗,实验组除西医治疗外加用芎蒌汤,通过门诊随访判定疗效及复发率。结果实验组症状缓解时间明显更快,实验组治疗总有效率(治愈+显效+有效)为90.63%(58/64),明显高于对照组75%(48/64),第2、3、6个月随访情况,实验组复发率均低于对照组。结论应用芎蒌汤治疗慢支的疗效、症状改善情况时间及复发率均优于常规西医治疗,说明加用芎蒌汤效果确切,应予推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of Xiong Lou decoction on chronic bronchitis of phlegm. Methods Choose from February 2014 to May 2016 outpatient treatment,128 cases of patients,according to the treatment group,control group of conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group in addition to western medicine therapy plus with men fructus soup,through the curative effect and the recurrence rate of outpatient follow-up. Results Experimental group of symptoms significantly faster,treatment group total effective rate was 90. 63%（58/64）,significantly higher than the control group 75%（48/64）,2,3,6 months follow-up,the experimental group recurrence rates are lower than the control group. Conclusions The curative effect,the time of symptom improvement and the recurrence rate were better than the conventional western medicine treatment,indicating that the effect of the Xiong Lou decoction was more effective and should be promoted.
