摘要
采用水热法合成了梭形TiO_2分级结构材料,运用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对其形貌、结构进行了表征和分析,考察了水热温度、乙酸加入量对TiO_2样品的影响,并研究了其光催化性能。结果表明,所制备TiO_2分级结构材料为锐钛矿相,是由纳米晶自组装形成的梭形结构,水热温度和乙酸加入量对TiO_2形貌影响不大,但对TiO_2晶粒大小有影响。以甲基橙溶液为模拟污染物研究TiO_2样品的光催化性能,在紫外光照射下,表现出良好的光催化活性。
Spindle shaped TiO2 hierarchical structural material was successfully synthesized via a solvothermal method,and then its morphology and microstructure were characterized and analyzed by SEM and XRD.The effects of hydrothermal temperature and acetic acid dosage on TiO2 sample were investigated as well as photocatalytic performance of the sample.The results show that the obtained TiO2 hierarchical structural material is composed of anatase phase,having nanocrystalline self-assembled spindle structure.The hydrothermal temperature and acetic acid dosage have little effect on TiO2 morphology,while they have an effect on TiO2 size.The photocatalytic performance of TiO2 sample was evaluated with methyl orange as the simulated contaminant.TiO2 sample shows good photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light irradiation.
