摘要 钻遇深井硬地层时旋转冲击钻井是应用最广泛的钻井方法之一,基于Drucker-Prager本构关系建立方程,应用有限元数值模拟软件分析各参数对岩石振动的影响,并采用进行室内试验进行验证。结果表明:岩石在钻头的冲击载荷作用下的振动是互扰的,岩石振动,受到岩石自身刚度、密度的影响,当钻头对岩石施加一个高频冲击力时,则刚度越小的岩石振动越大,振动速度越快冲,击载荷下岩石破岩机理的研究对于指导井下钻井冲击工具的设计具有重要意义。 Rotary impact drilling is one of the most-widely used drilling methods when drilling is in deep hard formations. Based on the Drucker-Prager constitutive equation,this paper establishes the equation. It makes an analysis of the influence of each parameter on rock vibration by using finite element numerical simulation software.The results show that the vibration of the rock under the impact load of the drill bit is mutual interference. The vibration of the rock is affected by the rigidity and density of the rock itself. When the drill bit exerts a high-frequency impact force on the rock,the rock with smaller stiffness will vibrate it. The larger the vibration velocity is,the faster the rocking speed is. The research on rock breaking mechanism under rock-loading is of great significance for guiding the design of downhole drilling impact tools.
