摘要
介绍了GDS-114液压滑套式安全接头的结构及工作原理,建立了销钉剪切、卡爪丢手力学模型,推导了滑套开启压力、释放卡爪所需上提拉力和整体最大许用拉力计算公式。将计算结果与实测数据进行对比,其相对误差在工程允许范围内,可为同类型安全接头的设计提供参考。
In this paper,the structure and working principle of the GDS-114 hydraulic sleeve type safety joint are introduced.Mechanical models of cutting shear pins and releasing claws are established. The calculating formulas of opening pressure to sliding sleeve,tensile force required to release claws and maximum allowable tensile force are derived. Through comparison of the calculated results and measured data,the differences between them are proven to be within the permissible area in engineering,which can provide a reference for the design of similar safety joints.
