摘要
通过试验获取航空发动机转子叶片在实际工作条件下的振动应力,是开展转子叶片设计验证及优化改进的重要手段。以某航空发动机为研究对象,设计风扇叶片振动应力地面试验方案,开展台架试验和装机地面试验,测取风扇叶片振动数据并进行振动应力分析。分析结果表明:装机地面试验中,风扇叶片振动应力较台架试验显著增长,说明发动机安装状态的变化对风扇叶片振动应力有较大影响。
The vibration stress of rotor blades in aero engine under actual working conditions is obtained through tests,which is an important means to carry out the design verification and optimization improvement of rotor blades. Taking an aero engine as the study object,the ground test scheme of fan-blade vibration stress was designed,the bench test and installed ground test were carried out,the vibration data of fan blade was measured,and the vibration stress were analyzed. Analysis results show that the vibration stress of fan blade in installed ground test increases significantly compared with the bench test,which indicates that the installation state of engine has great influence on vibration stress of fan blade.
