摘要
针对某型飞机腹板裂纹问题,经对腹板进行载荷分析后,在ANSYS软件中建立了有限元模型。利用有限元分析结果,对腹板裂纹失效过程进行了分析,并将分析结果与裂纹的实际状况进行对比,论证了有限元模型的正确性。根据腹板有限元分析结果,提出了改装设计方案,对改装后的腹板进行了有限元分析。通过腹板改装前后的强度变化对比,分析了改装设计方案的可行性。实际改装运行情况表明,改装设计方案可行、有效。
To deal with the crack on a certain type of aircraft's web,a finite element model is established in the ANSYS software based on load analysis of the web. Using the finite element analysis results,the failure process of web cracks is analyzed,and the results are compared with the actual situation of cracks to demonstrate the correctness of finite element models. Based on the results of the finite element analysis of the web,the modified design scheme is put forward,and the finite element analysis of the modified web is carried out. Through the contrast of the web strength changes between un-modification and modification,the feasibility of the modified design is analyzed. The actual operation of web modification shows that the modified design scheme is feasible and effective.
