摘要
由于常规的旋转导向钻井工具不能满足复杂油气田的开发的需求,通过分析国内外旋转导向钻井工具的工作原理,介绍了一种指向式与推靠式结合的复合式旋转导向钻井工具。分析了复合式旋转导向钻井工具的工作原理及其主要组成部分,并对导向执行单元的结构的柱塞与调节环偏心量、万向节的结构和调节环的结构进行了分析,得出该工具的最大几何造斜率为。
The conventional rotary steerable drilling tools can't meet the development requirements of the complex oil and gas fields,so a compound rotary steerable drilling tool combining point-the-bit with push-the-bit is introduced by analyzing the working principle of the rotary steerable drilling tools at home and abroad. The working principle and the main components of the compound rotary steering drilling tool are analyzed.
