摘要 针对某型无人潜水器补偿容器抽真空需要,设计了一种集成式抽真空装置。对该抽真空装置的结构组成和工作原理进行了详细说明。该抽真空装置将带有气镇阀的直联旋片式真空泵和电阻真空计集成一起,并在控制电路加入相序保护器,可防止相序错误导致真空泵工作异常。介绍了该集成式抽真空装置的技术参数及其抽真空应用,实际操作表明将带有水蒸气的145L容器真空抽取到200Pa时仅需2min,效果良好,具有工程应用价值。 In this paper,a kind of integrated vacuum pumping equipment is designed for the vacuum pumping of one unmanned underwater vehicle's compensation container. The structure constitutes and working principle of the vacuum pumping equipment are illustrated in detail. The vacuum pumping equipment integrates the direct-coupled rotary-vane vacuum pump with gas ballast valve and the resistance monometer together,and adds the phase sequence relay in the control circuit,so as to prevent the abnormal operation of vacuum pump caused by the mistake of phase sequence. The technique parameters of the vacuum pumping equipment and its application about vacuum pumping are introduced,the actual operation indicates that it took only two minutes to extract the vacuum of 145 liters with steam to 200 Pa,the effect is good and it has the engineering application value.
