摘要 为提高喷嘴零件加工质量及效率,新制定一份工序集中的数控加工方案。根据其第三道工序的加工要求,分析了定位装置、夹具体及夹紧装置结构,设计并制造一套快速装夹的钻铣专用气动夹具。使用结果表明加工精度稳定,操作方便,加工效率及质量显著提高,实际应用效果良好。 In order to improve the machining efficiency and quality of the nozzle parts,a centralized working procedure for the NC machining is developed in this paper. According to the processing requirements of its third process,structures of the positioning device,the foundation fixture and the clamping device are analyzed. Finally,a set of quick clamping pneumatic fixture for drilling and milling is designed and manufactured. The results show that the processing precision is stable,the operation is convenient,the machining quality and efficiency are improved obviously,and the practical application effect is good as well.
