Processing Technology Design for High-Pressure Valve Shell

从高压阀壳的基本结构、功用入手,分析其加工的工艺,制定合理的工艺方案,及合理的工艺参数;并针对加工过程中的难点制定合理的措施,形成简单、先进的加工工艺,经过实践验证,值得广泛应用。

In this article,the machining process of high-pressure valve shell is analyzed from aspects of the basic structure and function,and then the reasonable processing plan and reasonable technological parameters are made; the reasonable measures are formulated aiming at the difficulties in the machining process so as to form a simple,advanced processing technology.It is proved that it is worthy of wide application.
