装煤孔盖铸造工艺优化

摘要 装煤孔盖是焦炉装煤后密封装煤孔的专用炉体设备,其设计材质一般为Ru T340。因为其较为特殊的表面,使用传统的造型工艺进行生产,效率低下,且质量不易控制。针对此问题,技术人员通过采用模板造型、更改分型面位置、优化工艺参数,使得造型作业简单易行,有效提高了产品质量和生产效率。 Coal hole cover is the specialized furnace equipment of the coke oven for sealing the coaling hole after loading the coal,its design material is generally the Ru T340. Because of its special surface,the production efficiency is low,and the quality is not easy to control by using the traditional molding process. In view of the problem,technologists applied the method of template molding,changing the location of parting surface,and optimizing the process parameters,so as to make the modeling operation simple and effective,and effectively improve the product quality and production efficiency.
