摘要
根据钛合金的切削性能,结合套料加工过程中出现的问题,分别进行排屑性能以及实验分析,得出了一套适用于钛合金的套料加工工艺,试验结果表明在转速n=110 r/min、进给量f=0.2 mm/r、切削液流量Q=250 L/min时,加工过程比较平稳,排屑比较顺畅。
According to the cutting performance of titanium alloy,and combined with the material processing problems,a set of suitable processing technology for titanium alloy materials through chip performance analysis and experimental analysis is put forward in this paper. The test results show that when the speed n is 110 r/min,the feed rate f is 0.2 mm/r,and the cutting fluid flow Q is 250 L/min,the manufacturing process and the chip removal are relatively smooth and steady.
