摘要
在几种不同基材的铝合金试样上进行了Alodine1200S表面处理,并对其防盐雾性能进行了试验研究与分析。结果显示,带包铝层的材料的防盐雾性能强于铣削加工的材料,同样为铣削加工的材料,LY12-BCZYu的防盐雾能力明显高于6061和LY12-R。
Some kinds of aluminum alloy specimens were surface treated by the Alodine1200 S and the salt spray resistant property of them was experimentally studied and analyzed in this article. The results show that the salt spray resistant property of the base material with aluminum cladding is better than that of the milling material; and as the milling material,the salt spray resistant property of LY12-BCZYu is obviously better than that of the 6061 and LY12-R.
