和肝助脾饮治疗慢性肝炎的临床研究

A Clinical Research on Chronic Hepatitis Treated with Hegan Zhupi Decoction

本文报道了和肝助脾饮治疗慢性肝炎近期疗效观察。方法采用质反应闭锁型序贯对照试验。结果提示,和肝助脾饮组显效率为53.84%,明显优于对照组。临床观察结果还提示,慢性肝炎患者大部分具有脾虚症状,临床须慎用苦寒药。

This article reported that a short-term curative observation of chronic hepatitis had been treated with Hegan Zhupi Decoction by a method of qualitative response restricted sequential trial. The results showed that the marked effective rate of the group of Hegan Zhupi Decoction was 53.84%, which was obviously superior to the control group. The results also showed that the most patients with chronic hepatitis had the symptoms of spleen deficiency syndrome, so, the bitter drugs in taste and cold drugs in nature should be careful applied.
