燃煤锅炉尾气磷矿浆法脱硫技术研究

摘要 采用磷矿浆作为燃煤循环流化床锅炉尾气脱硫剂,当脱硫循环液固含量为40%,pH值为5.0,温度为常温时,锅炉尾气脱硫后的排放尾气中ρ(SO_2)达到102 mg/m^3,无需在锅炉炉膛内添加石灰石脱硫即可满足GB 13271-2014《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》要求,且有效降低了锅炉尾气治理成本,实现了锅炉尾气脱硫与磷矿石初选技术耦合,实现了硫资源回收再利用,改善了磷矿石品质,技术效益和经济效益显著。 Phosphate rock slurry is used as desulfurization agent for tailgas from coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boilers,and when the solid content in the desulfurization circulating liquid is 40%,pH is 5.0,temperature is at ambient temperature,after desulfurization for the boiler tailgas,the ρ( SO_2)of the emission gas is 102 mg/m^3,which will meet the requirements stipulated in GB 13271-2014"Emission standard of air pollutants for coal-burning oil-burning gas-fired boiler",without adding limestone into the boiler chamber for desulfurization. In addition,effective cost reduction is achieved for the treatment of boiler tailgas,coupling between boiler tailgas desulfurization and phosphate rock beneficiation is achieved,recovery and utilization of sulfur resource are achieved,and phosphate rock quality is improved,which comes with significant technical and economic benefits.
