摘要
介绍了荆门石化含硫污水加压汽提装置原料线运行状况及焊道腐蚀泄漏情况,分析了腐蚀泄漏的各种影响因素和原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,为保障含硫污水汽提装置原料线的长周期平稳运行起到了较好的作用。
The operation status and weld corrosion and leakage situation in the sour water pressure stripper of SINOPEC Jingmen Company are outlined,the factors and causes for the corrosion and leakage are analyzed,and relevant improvement measures are proposed,which facilitates the long and stable operation of the feed lines for the sour water pressure stripper.
