基于沥青介质法混合料理论最大相对密度影响因素的灰关联分析 被引量:6

摘要 为准确测定沥青混合料的体积参数,以及克服沥青路面芯样空隙率或压实度代表性差,避免主控指标验收计算不准确导致沥青路面早期损坏,提出用沥青介质法测定马歇尔试件或芯样的理论最大相对密度。基于沥青介质法测定不同沥青材料及级配类型的马歇尔试验数据,利用灰关联分析法分析了矿料级配、沥青的性质、油石比和毛体积相对密度对沥青混合料理论最大相对密度的影响程度。根据灰关联度排序结果表明:矿料级配对于沥青混合料理论最大相对密度影响最大,矿料颗粒愈细,影响程度愈高;毛体积相对密度次之,反映了试件的密实程度对其影响较大;沥青用量和性质相对较小。 In order to accurately measure the volume parameters of the asphalt mixture,and to overcome the poor representative porosity or compaction of the asphalt pavement,and to avoid the early damage of the asphalt pavement due to the inaccurate calculation of the main control index,the asphalt medium method is used to determine the theoretical maximum relative density of the Marshall specimen or Core drilling sample. Based on the asphalt medium method,the Marshall test data of different asphalt materials and gradation types were analyzed. The gray correlation analysis degree method was used to analyze the influence of mineral grade gradation,asphalt properties,asphalt-aggregate ratio and relative bulk density on the theoretical maximum relative density of asphalt mixture. According to the sequence results of gray correlation degree,it shows that the aggregate gradation has the greatest influence on the theoretical maximum relative density of the asphalt mixture,and the finer the ore material is,the higher the influence degree is. The relative bulk density is on the second,which reflects the compacted density of the specimen has larger influence than asphalt dosage and nature.
