昏迷标准诊治流程的制定的临床应用研究

目的:探讨急诊内科昏迷患者的原发病因,制定昏迷标准诊治流程,验证该流程的临床及卫生经济学效益。方法:昏迷患者共164例,随机纳入常规诊疗方法组(常规组,60例)和昏迷标准诊治流程组(实验组,104例),明确昏迷标准诊治流程的临床效益和卫生经济学效益。结果:实验组确诊时间、检查及治疗费、意识恢复率与常规组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:昏迷标准诊治流程可以减少确诊时间及治疗费,提高意识恢复率,具有较高的临床应用及卫生经济学价值。

Objective：To investigate the primary cause of coma in emergency internal medicine and to establish a standard process for diagnosis and treatment of coma.Method：A total of 164 patients with coma were randomly divided into routine group（n=60）and experimental group（n=104）in the experimental group a established standard procedure for diagnosis and treatment of coma will be applied to clarify its clinical benefit and health economics benefit.Result：There were significant differences in the rate of recovery of consciousness,the time needed for diagnosis,and the cost of examination and medication compared with the routine group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Standard coma diagnosis and treatment process can improve the recovery rate,reduce the time required for clear diagnosis,the cost.
