胸主动脉覆膜支架腔内隔绝术联合胃镜下食管异物取出术1例诊治体会

One case of esophageal foreign body treated by thoracic aortic membrane-covered stent implantation combined with gastroscopy procedure

1病例资料 患者,男,48岁,因误食异物6h入院。患者于当日中午进食鱼面后自觉胸骨后异物感,伴胸痛、吞咽困难,无咳嗽、咳痰、呕血、呼吸困难,于当地医院就诊,行胸部CT提示：食管（主动脉降部）片状高密度影,长约4.5cm,直径约0.2cm,异物可能,异物邻近胸主动脉壁,不除外刺入胸主动脉可能（图1a）。

Dietary foreign bodies in esophagus is a common emergency of digestive diseases.It can cause serious complications such as esophageal perforation,hemorrhage,mediatinal abscess and even death.Here we share one case of patient with an esophageal foreign body which was finally successfully taken out through the thoracic aortic membrane-covered stent implantation followed the endoscopic procedure,thus providing the treatment experiences for the similar cases.
