院前急救规范化培训对提高急救质量效果的研究

Effect of standardized training in pre hospital care on improving emergency medical quality

目的探讨院前急救规范化培训对提高急救质量的影响。方法选取本中心2015年1月~2017年1月的368名参加急救规范化培训的医护人员作为研究对象,其中医生170名,护士198名,采取随机抽签分组的方法分为实验组和对照组,2015年1月实验组参加规范化培训,对照组不参与培训,但两组人员均需在2015年2月进行院前急救考核,对比两组考试合格率情况;2016年1月两组人员均参与培训,培训完成后两组人员均参与考试,统计并分析2次考试的合格率,并对根据2年时间中进行抢救的病例,对抢救质量做出作分析对比。结果2015对照组未参与培训时考试通过率及急救质量明显低于实验组(P<0.05),2016年参与培训后对照组在考试合格率及急救质量上仍低于实验组(P<0.05);实验组2016年在考试通过率和急救质量上稍高于2015年,但差异无统计学意义,对照组在2016年考试合格率及急救质量上明显高于2015年(P<0.05)。结论院前急救规范化培训在临床实践中起到巨大的作用,增加医护人员的急救能力,提高急救质量,保障患者的生命安全。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized training of pre-hospital emergency on the quality of first aid. Methods A total of368 medical staff participating in first aid training were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our center. Among them, 170 were doctors and 198 were nurses. Random sampling was divided into experimental group and control group In January 2015, the experimental group participated in the standardized training and the control group did not participate in the training. However, both groups were required to conduct the pre-hospital emergency assessment in February 2015 to compare the passing rates of the two groups. In January 2016, Participate in the training. After the training, two groups of staff are involved in the examination, and the passing rate of the two examinations is calculated and analyzed. The quality of the rescue is analyzed and compared to the cases of the rescue in two years. Results The passage rate and first aid quality of the control group were significantly lower than those of the experimental group when they did not participate in the training in 2015(P<0.05). After the training in the control group in 2016, the passing rate and first aid quality of the control group were still lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05). In 2016, the passing rate and positive quality of the experimental group were slightly higher than those of 2015, but the difference was not statistically significant.The control group in the 2016 test pass rate and first aid quality was significantly higher than in 2015(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized training of pre-hospital emergency plays an important role in clinical practice, increasing the emergency rescue ability of medical staff, improving the quality of first aid and ensuring the safety of patients.
