预见性护理程序在颅骨缺损伴脑积水手术患者中的应用

Application of predictive nursing procedure in skull defects with hydrocephalus surgery

目的分析研究预见性护理程序在颅骨缺损伴脑积水手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院收治的84例颅骨缺损伴脑积水手术患者作为探讨对象,将其按随机自愿原则分为观察组与对照组,每组42例患者。给予观察组患者实施预见性护理,给予对照组患者实施常规护理。记录对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、护理满意度、治疗费用、住院时间。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.62%,并发症发生率为4.76%,护理满意度为92.86%,治疗费用(8 523.64±203.25)元,住院时间(12.47±2.58)d;对照组患者的治疗总有效率为83.34%,并发症发生率为19.04%,护理满意度为76.19%,治疗费用(13 657.89±211.65)元,住院时间(19.58±2.45)d;组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予颅骨缺损伴脑积水手术患者实施预见性护理程序,可显著提升患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of predictive nursing procedure in patients with skull defect and hydrocephalus. Methods A total of84 patients with skull defect and hydrocephalus were selected from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random voluntary 42 patients. Patients were given predictive care in the observation group and routine nursing was performed in the control group. The total effective rate, complication rate, nursing satisfaction, treatment cost, and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.62%, the complication rate was 4.76%, the nursing satisfaction was 92.86%, the treatment cost was(8 523.64 ± 203.25) yuan and the hospitalization time was(12.47 ± 2.58) days. The total treatment of the control group was The effective rate was 83.34%, the complication rate was 19.04%, the nursing satisfaction was 76.19%, the treatment cost was(13657.89 ± 211.65) yuan, the hospitalization time was(19.58 ± 2.45) days; the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing procedures in patients with skull defect and hydrocephalus surgery can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients and promote the prognosis of patients, so that patients can return to normal life as soon as possible, it is worthy of clinical application.
