齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的不良反应分析及临床护理

Adverse reaction analysis and clinical nursing of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的研究与分析齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的不良反应及临床护理措施。方法选取本院收治的精神分裂症患者50例为对象进行研究。利用电脑将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组采用利培酮口服治疗,行常规护理,观察组采用齐拉西酮治疗,行临床护理干预。观察比较两组用药后不良反应情况以及护理有效率。结果观察组用药后不良反应发生率为12.0%(3/25),与对照组28.0%(7/25)相比显著较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而观察组护理有效率为96.0%(24/25),显著高于对照组80.0%(20/25),且对比组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的不良反应相对较少,且实施临床护理干预后,能显著提高其临床疗效,使患者病情更快恢复,因而值得应用于临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the adverse reactions and clinical nursing measures of ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 50 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The computer was randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 25 cases. The control group was treated with risperidone orally, and routine nursing was performed. The observation group was treated with ziprasone, and the clinical nursing intervention was performed. The adverse reaction and nursing efficiency were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.0%(3/25), which was significantly less than that in the control group 28.0%(7/25), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.0%(24/25), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(20/25), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ziprasidone has relatively few side effects in the treatment of schizophrenia, and the implementation of clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and make the patients recover faster, so it is worthy of clinical application.
