摘要
为满足国Ⅴ柴油升级要求,中石油克拉玛依石化有限责任公司对900 kt/a汽油和柴油加氢装置进行了升级改造。在原加氢精制反应器R1101后串联加氢改质反应器R1102,并采用FF-36和FC-32A高效加氢改质催化剂级配技术,催化剂的体积空速为2.0 h-1;分馏系统新增轻柴油侧线塔,满足低凝柴油的生产要求。装置改造后,可通过反应温度直接调节轻石脑油收率可在5%~15%范围调节,轻石脑油中硫及氮的质量分数均小于1μg/g,可作为重整的优质原料;轻柴油收率可在20%~35%范围调节,硫及氮的质量分数均小于1μg/g,十六烷值指数可达到48~50,冷滤点均在-32℃以下,是-35号低凝柴油的重要调合组分;重柴油中硫、氮的质量分数均小于1μg/g,十六烷指数可达60以上,各项指标均满足国Ⅴ柴油标准。
In order to meet the requirements of upgrading of Guo Ⅴ diesel,Karamay Petrochemical Company has upgraded its 900,000 TPY gasoline and diesel hydro-treatment unit. In the revamping,a new hydroupgrading reactor R1102 was added downstream of hydrofining reactor R1101. The FF-36 and FC32 A highefficiency hydro-upgrading catalyst gradation technologies have been adopted,and catalyst volume space velocity is 2. 0 h-1. The new light diesel sideline tower was added to the fractionation system to meet the requirements for the production of low-freezing-point diesel. After revamping,the yield of light naphtha can be adjusted directly between 5% and 15% by adjusting the reaction temperature,and the sulfur and nitrogen contents in light naphtha is 1 μg/g,which can be used as high quality feed stock for continuous catalytic reforming.The yield of light diesel oil can be adjusted between 20% and 35%,and sulfur content is less than 1 μg/g,the cetane number can be adjusted between 48 and 50,and the cold filter points are below -32 ℃. It is an important blending component for the production of -35# low freezing point diesel. The sulfur and nitrogen contents of diesel oil are lower than 1 μg/g,and the cetane number can reach over 60. All the specifications have met the specifications of quality standard of Guo Ⅴ diesel.
