摘要 采用非接触式的方法检测了高压共轨高速电磁阀喷油器的电流和喷油器入口压力的信号,利用高速摄像系统同步记录了喷雾过程。试验结果表明:电磁喷油器的电磁阀开启、关闭延迟和线圈电流有很好的对应关系。结合喷油器入口压力变化,可进一步确定针阀的开启和关闭过程以及喷油持续时间。 Non-contact method is adopted to measure the current and inlet pressure signals of high-pressure common-rail high-speed solenoid injector and the process of injection is synchronously recorded by video camera.Test results show that there is a high correlation between the opening and closing delays of solenoid in electromagnetic injector and coil current,and furthermore,combined with the change in inlet pressure of injector,the opening and closing processes of needle valve and injection duration can be determined.
