摘要
本文中提出了一种自动变速器油冷却器散热需求分析新方法。首先通过AVL CRUISE的仿真,计算出典型工况下包括发动机转矩和自动变速器挡位等车辆状态。基于自动变速器在离散工作点的动力转换效率,拟合出全工况效率,得出变速器整体散热需求。然后使用有限元分析软件Abaqus进行油底壳散热仿真,算出ATF冷却器的散热需求,并据此进行冷却器选型。最后,通过实车试验进行验证。结果表明,使用本文所述ATF冷却器散热需求分析方法进行选型,能满足自动变速器的冷却要求。
A new method of heat dissipation requirement analysis for automatic transmission fluid( ATF)cooler is proposed in this paper. Firstly the states of vehicle,including engine torques and the gear positions of automatic transmission( AT) in typical conditions are calculated by simulation with AVL/CRUISE,and based on the power transformation efficiencies at discrete working points of AT,the efficineies of full conditions are fitted,with the total cooling requirements of AT obtained. Then a simulation on the heat dissipation of AT oil sump is conducted with FEA software Abaqus to calculate the cooling requirements of ATF cooler,and based on which the type of ATF cooler is selected. Finally,real vehicle test is performed for verification. The results show that the ATF cooler selected based on the analysis method for heat dissipation requirement proposed can meet the cooling requirements of AT.
