旅游精准扶贫下的南岭瑶非物质文化遗产协同与开发

Coordinated Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Yao-populated Areas of Nanling against the Background of Precision Poverty Alleviation Campaign

南岭瑶作为"老、少、边、穷、山"于一体的典型集中连片特困民族地区,特色文化资源丰富,但环境脆弱,经济社会发展能力较弱。以南岭瑶为对象,在精准扶贫的背景下,从历史沉淀和地理变迁角度对不同区域的非物质文化遗产基因进行分析;提出要因地制宜挖掘资源,因户施策精确帮扶,以非物质文化遗产产业推动精准扶贫计划,达到扶困创收的精准文化脱贫的有效途径。

As a connected typical poverty-stricken area,yao-populated areas in Nanling features backwardness,ethnic minorities,isolation,poverty,and mountains. It is rich in cultural resources,but fragile in environment and weak in economic and social development. This paper takes the area as an example,and explores its intangible cultural elements from the perspectives of historical precipitation and geographical changes before proposing that suitable resources development and household-based precision poverty alleviation approaches should be established to realize the role of intangible cultural industry in promoting the poverty alleviation efforts and increasing local incomes.
