摘要
利用熔融中和的方法,用NaOH,Mg(OH)_2,Zn(OH)_2制备了以乙烯–丙烯酸聚合物(EAA)为基体的EAA–Na,EAA–Mg和EAA–Zn三种离聚体。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪、广角X衍射仪、偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对最终产物进行了表征分析。结果表明,采用实验方法成功制备出了三种离聚体,金属离子的种类对反应过程有较大的影响,同时金属离子的引入提高了EAA的热稳定性,但都使得EAA的结晶度有不同程度下降;通过对三种离聚物断面的观察,发现其海–岛相结构随着离子基团的不同而明显不同。
Three kinds of ionomers of EAA–Na,EAA–Mg and EAA–Zn based on ethylene acrylic acid (EAA) were prepared with NaOH,Mg(OH)2 and Zn(OH)2 alkali metals by melt neutralization reaction. The ?nal products was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analysis,wide angle X diffractometer,polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that three ionomers were prepared successfully by this method. It was found that the types of metal ions had a great in?uence on the reaction process. At the same time,the thermal stability of EAA was increased by the introduction of metal ions,but the crystallinity of EAA was decreased. Through the observation of the cross-section, it was found that the sea-island phase structure was obviously different with the ionic groups.
