摘要 以电动车挡泥板为研究对象,以缩痕指数、剪切应力、翘曲三个指标为挡泥板优化指标,采用标准离差法对三个指标进行权重计算,通过权重和功效系数法计算得出综合评价值,通过对极差和方差分析得到初步最佳参数,然后代入连续Hopfield网络模型进行优化,得出最佳工艺参数;将最佳参数用Moldflow软件进行模拟仿真,得出三个优化指标分别为缩痕指数0.027 3%、剪切应力0.281 4 MPa、翘曲1.085 mm,提出的基于功效系数法和连续Hopfield网络模型相结合的方法运用于注塑成型工艺中,可以提高产品质量,缩短试验周期,为注塑产品优化提供一种新的解决途径。 Taking fender of electric vehicle as research object,the three indicators of shrinkage marks index,shear stress and warpage as optimized indicators,the standard deviation method was adopted to calculate the weight of the three indicators. Comprehensive evaluation value was calculated according to weight and efficacy coefficient method. The initial optimal parameters were obtained through the analysis of range and variance,and then the parameters were optimized using continuous Hopfield network model and the best process parameters were obtained. The best parameters were simulated using Moldflow software. The results show that the three optimization indexes are shrink mark index 0.027 3%,shear stress 0.281 4 MPa and warpage 1.085 mm respectively. The proposed method based on the efficiency coefficient method and continuous Hopfield network model can improve product quality and shorten the test cycle,and provide a new solution for injection molding product optimization.
