摘要
以机械接触式薄壁键帽注塑件为例,研究了双色注射成型工艺中模具关键技术,实现了塑件成型部件工艺设计与应用。分析设计键帽双色注射模具的浇注系统、冷却机构、顶出系统等相关结构,着重体现在复杂的浇注系统和开合模运动过程等方面,实现了模具结构的整体设计;在UG8.5 Mold Wizard应用模块下实现双色注塑机构顺利脱模。设计完成的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定,在生产过程中可满足使用要求,可为双色注塑工艺的进一步推广应用提供理论指导和技术支撑。
Using the mechanical contact type thin keycaps parts as an example,the key technologies of double color injection molding mold were studied,the molding technics design and application were realized. The double color injection mold gating system,cooling mechanism,ejector system and other related structures were analyzed and designed,mainly re?ected in the complexity of the gating system and the mold opening and closing movement process,to achieve the overall structure of the mold design. Demoulding moothly of double color injection mechanism could be implemented in UG8.5 Mold Wizard application module. The designed die has a compact structure and works stably,and it meets the requirements in the production process. It can provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the further popularization and application of the process.
