基于CONE的电缆火灾危险性分析与多层次综合评价 被引量:5

摘要 采用锥形量热仪开展了十种不同型号电缆火灾危险性试验研究,测量得到了各型号电缆在不同辐射热通量条件下引燃时间、热释放速率、生烟量、CO和CO_2释放率等火灾危险性表征参数,分析了辐射热通量、阻燃等级和防火涂料对电缆火灾危险性的影响。结果表明,以热释放速率、毒性气体释放率和生烟量等参数分别作为判定指标,或在不同辐射热通量条件下分析时,各电缆火灾危险性对比评价结果存在差异。基于以上情况,建立了电缆火灾危险性的多层次综合评价方法,综合考虑多个准则,对不同型号电缆火灾危险性开展了综合分析,所得评价结果更为全面、准确。 Experiments on fire hazard of ten type cables were conducted by cone calorimeter(CONE). Fire parameters,including ignition time,heat release rate,total smoke rate,CO and CO_2 release rate,were measured under different radiation heat fluxes. The effects of radiation heat flux,retardant level and fire retardant coating on the fire hazard of cables were explored. Results showed that the assessments on fire hazard of cables were distinct according to different criteria,such as heat release rate and toxic gases release rate. The fire hazard ranks on the tested cables were variable under different radiation heat fluxes. In view of the above situation, a comprehensive assessment model on cable fire hazard was established,in which the ignition character,thermal hazard,smoke generation and toxicity were included. The assessment of cable fire hazard by using the comprehensive assessment model was more completely and accurately.
