摘要 为改进钢制海洋浮标不耐腐蚀、投放不方便、成本高的缺陷,提出了方便人工布放的抛弃式复合材料浮标设计,详细介绍了复合材料浮标壳体的材料选型,对所选材料在不同地区进行自然老化试验,通过拉伸性能、剪切强度和压缩强度等性能的测试考察了材料的环境适应性。通过重叠网格和冲击动力学技术模拟了浮标入水冲击问题,同时结合相应试验数据,研究了复合材料浮标的结构强度以及入水姿态变化规律,验证了复合材料建造抛弃式浮标的可靠性和可行性。 In order to overcome the defects of sreel buoy such as not stand the corrosion,inconvenient placement and high cost,the design of abandoned composite buo facilitated manual placement was put forward. The materials selection of composite buoy shell was introduced in detail. Natural aging tests were done for the selected materials in different areas, and the environmental suitability of the materials was investigated by the test of tensile strength, shear strength and compressive strength. The problem of water-entry impact was simulated by overlapping grid and impact dynamics, combined with the corresponding experimental data, the structural strength of the composite buoy and the law of the change of water attitude were studied,and the reliability and feasibility of the composite construction of abandoned buoys were veri?ed.
