聚乙烯膜用发泡母料的应用

摘要 分别将发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)和发泡促进剂ZnO预制成母料A和母料B,然后与低密度聚乙烯(PE–LD)混合挤出吹塑薄膜,并对比了掺混线性低密度聚乙烯(PE–LLD)后的变化。结果表明,母料A可以使薄膜发泡,且随着用量的增加薄膜的密度呈现先下降再升高的趋势,在母料A用量1.5份时发泡效果最佳;添加1份母料B后,薄膜泡孔均匀致密,表面光滑,母料A、母料B分别以1.5份和1份同时加入PE–LD中,得到吹塑薄膜的密度为0.399 g/cm^3,拉伸强度为18.3 MPa,直角撕裂强度90.7 kN/m;加入10份PE–LLD代替PE–LD时,对应发泡薄膜的密度为0.547 g/cm^3,拉伸强度为19.6 MPa,直角撕裂强度为90.1 kN/m。 Foaming agent azodicarbonamide (AC) and foaming promoter ZnO were added to prepare masterbatch A and masterbatch B respectively, then the mixture of master batch A and masterbatch B and low density polyethylene (PE–LD) resin were mixed to blow ?lm,and the effect of whether using PE–LLD or not was compared. The results show that masterbatch A can make the ?lm foaming,and with the increase of the content,the ?lm density decreases ?rst and then increases,the best foaming effect attains at the usage of 1.5 phr ; when adding 1 phr masterbatch B,the bubbles are uniform and dense in the ?lm and the ?lm has a smooth surface ; when 1.5 phr masterbatch A and 1 phr B are added into PE–LD at the same time, the ?lms have a density of 0.399 g/cm3, tensile strength of 18.3 MPa,and tearing strength of 90.7 kN/m ; replacing 10 phr PE–LD by PE–LLD,the corresponding foaming ?lm density is 0.547 g/cm3, the tensile strength is 19.6 MPa and right angle tear strength is 90.1 kN/m.
