摘要
分析了可用于聚乳酸(PLA)材料加工的熔融沉积成型、激光烧结成型、立体光固化成型、熔体微分3D打印以及分层实体制造等3D打印技术的优缺点,详细介绍了不同3D打印技术下PLA材料的成型加工原理、产品质量的影响因素以及相应的PLA材料改性研究进展,并对3D打印PLA材料的加工技术以及在生物医学、工业产品、食品加工、航空航天等领域的应用进行了展望。
The merits and demerits of 3D printing technologies such as fused deposition modeling, selective laser sintering,stereo lithography apparatus,melt differential 3D printing,laminated object manufacture and so on,which could be used in the processing of poly(lactic-acid) (PLA), were summarized. The processing principle,influence factors of PLA materials under different 3D printing technologies and the corresponding modi?cation methods of 3D printing PLA were introduced in detail. The processing technology and the future applications of 3D printing PLA materials in the ?elds such as biomedical science, industrial products, food processing and aerospace were prospected.
